1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or purchasing credits through Vistaro AI (https://vistaroai.online, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Description of Digital SaaS Service

Vistaro AI is an automated digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables real estate agents, videographers, and agencies to transform uploaded still property photos into 9:16 vertical short-form marketing videos.

The platform operates on a digital credit ledger model:

• AI Image Analysis: Consumes 1 credit per image analysis run to detect room types, classify features, and propose motion choreography.
• Video Generation: Consumes 10 credits per standard 9:16 video rendered and exported.
• Subscription Plans: Allocate recurring monthly credit bundles (e.g. Starter 1,000 credits, Creator 3,500 credits, Pro 8,000 credits, Agency 25,000 credits) with watermark-free rendering and commercial usage rights.
• Free Tier: Provides 50 complimentary credits upon signup to evaluate platform features with a standard Vistaro watermark.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Only upload photographs, floor plans, and logos that you own or have explicit authorization from the property owner or listing agent to use.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or overload platform rendering APIs.
• Attempt to bypass credit verification or exploit multi-tenant data boundaries.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial License

Your Content: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all original photographs, brand logos, and marketing copy uploaded to your studio.

Generated Videos: Upon successful rendering with a paid subscription or credit package, Vistaro grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to publish, broadcast, distribute, and monetize the rendered videos across social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, MLS listing portals).

5. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All prices are clearly stated on the website in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). Online payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partner, Razorpay.

Prices and credit allocations are determined authoritatively on the server. If an online payment fails, no credits are deducted or granted. In the event of a successful payment, credits are added instantaneously to your account ledger.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund requests are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing renewals.

7. Service Availability & Limitations

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Vistaro AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Temporary maintenance, cloud rendering queue volumes, or network fluctuations may occasionally impact processing speed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vistaro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
